I visited Bijou bridal recently after seeing them at a number of wedding fairs and the wintersbarn catwalk. From the very first contact when booking and ongoing, the service has been incredible! I had Charlotte for both of my appointments, the first to shop and the second to come back and say yes to the dress. I have never been made to feel so special and came away with a stunning dress and huge smile! The whole team were so friendly and chatty which made me feel so comfortable. The only down side is I now have to hide my dream dress until the big day! Would recommend to any bride to be!

I found my dream dress today at Bijou! Honestly just the loveliest, friendliest, most helpful staff. So accommodating and supportive. I’d had a nightmare of a morning and the shop owner was so accommodating and kind. The dresses are beyond gorgeous, and there’s such a huge range.
My consultant, Charlotte, was an absolute dream. Me and my whole party were treated so well throughout and it made the whole experience magical! Cannot recommend them enough!
